This bright and spacious 1-bedroom residence is designed for both comfort and longer stays. The bedroom features a king-size bed, beautiful views, and a small desk/work area.
The open living area includes a large L-shaped sofa with adjustable backs that can be positioned to create additional sleeping space. An air mattress is also available inside the unit.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area with a table and seating for four. The bathroom features double sinks and a bathtub/shower combination.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows showcase beautiful views of Biscayne Bay, the pool, and the Miami skyline.
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request.


Guests will have private access to the entire residence and access to the building’s available amenities, subject to building rules, operating hours, maintenance, and availability.
The pool is currently open on weekends only and closed Monday through Friday. Other amenities, including the spa and fitness center/gym, remain open daily.
Building registration and identification may be required prior to or upon arrival. Please carefully review the check-in instructions provided before your stay to ensure a smooth arrival.
