The owners have outfitted an additional flex space with a full size bed, desk, and two privacy screens that create a closed off space for you to welcome guests, have additional sleeping room, or a home office. The Pelican has two bathrooms. The main bath is an updated full bath with double vanity and modern finishes. The second bath is true to Old Florida charm and is located in the garage with an updated toilet and luxurious shower head for rinsing off after a long day of work, school, or the beach. Your new fully-stocked kitchen has been tastefully remodeled and freshly painted to preserve some of its’ original character, while also feeling fresh and new. Snuggle into the cozy reclining couch, enjoy coffee in the mid-century rockers, or lounge outside on the patio. Out back you will find newly installed sod and landscaping with a massive wrap around, fully fenced yard for friends, family, and pets to enjoy. Situated on a corner lot, the Pelican has a large circular driveway and oversized single car garage to accommodate all of your parking and storage needs.

Pets: Up to two dogs weighting up to 40lbs each, and other small animals, will be considered. No cats. Non-refundable pet fee of $350. Dogs require pet rent of $30 a month per dog.
