Welcome to your cozy home away from home! Feel the comforts of a quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks walking distance to beautiful Lake Loveland! Our completely fenced in backyard is big enough for the kids to run around and play! UPDATE- Central Air installed July 22nd and Irrigation system installed July 18th!! Adults can enjoy playing a game of corn hole while grilling up your favorite meal on the grill. When the sun goes down unplug with your family and enjoy roasting some s'mores over the fire in our quiet backyard. Inside you will find our rec room filled with tons of kids books, family games and coloring books along with a washer/dryer for those dirty clothes! We have 3 cozy bedrooms, a kitchen fully stocked with anything you might need to cook your meals and a nice living room to hang out in and play games or stream your favorite show. If you would rather go out for a movie try The Foundry! It has a movie theatre, outdoor entertainment space with live music and restaurants. Its about a 5 min drive in the car or a 10in walk. Walking just 3 blocks north you will get to Lake Loveland in all its beauty.
