New Holiday Let July 2026!. 250 GBP Good Housekeeping Bond. Captains Barn consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms comprise one super-king-size and one super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request). There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, along with a cloakroom with basin and WC.
The property benefits from electric central heating throughout and underfloor heating in the living area, WiFi, a selection of books and games, fuel and power inc. in rent, and bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved small to medium- sized dog welcome (dogs not allowed upstairs) stairgate provided. Sorry, no smoking indoors.
Note: There is a pond on site. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead due to livestock and pets. Note: Robes and slippers are provided. Captains Barn provides a well-positioned base for exploring the Devon countryside. Note - no children under 17.

Cadeleigh makes an excellent base from which to explore the delights of Devon.
