The generously extended sunbathing area, a garden seating area with wood/charcoal barbecue and garden furniture offer plenty of space for relaxation. A car parking space is also available.

The surrounding area offers direct access to the nature reserve above the house, which is ideal for relaxing walks, as well as numerous sports and leisure activities such as cycling tours, surfing, diving, water skiing and sailing. The location offers a perfect starting point for adventures in nature or on the water.
