Generally, if everything works out fine during your trip, this is a good place to stay. Pretty clean, quite an well accessible, but if you have any inquiry or change to your booking you’re helpless.
I had a question about a slight change to my booking, although it said in the app that my booking is flexible until check in, I tried to reach someone before check in under the provided number multiple times during normal working hours and got no reaction at all, the phone was turned off. I sent messages through the booking app and Email and did not get a response until now after check out. Not even a life sign. Also keep in mind, everything works through the app and automated messages, no staff. you need a charged phone and internet connection to open your room, if you come back at night and your phone is off, you won’t be able to access your room (luckily didn’t happen to me, just a heads up)
