The staff was really good, not only where all interactions professional but the staff also wore uniforms that gave them a 5 star hotel vibe. The Breakfast was ok (better than expected).
Sadly outside of public areas this hotel doesn't have 4 stars. The rooms are in urgend need of renovation. In my first room I had two water radiators (both not working, one leaking) and one electric radiator (not working). The shower was disgusting with everything rusting away. There where permantently glowing light switches right next to the bed. After the hotel couldn't solve the heating issue I got a new room (I had to proactively ask but otherwise the process was friendly) which was more renovated than the last (it had working heat!) but in the bathroom things where as well from the 70s and falling apart. The bathroom light would switch on automatically with no option to switch it off other than to remove the key-card disabling all lghts in the room.
