Our room is quite large and well furnished, including fridge, and bike storage is excellent in underground parking. Location is convenient.
No elevator, and staff did not offer to help carry luggage up the stairs. WiFi is not consistently reliable.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is in the Old City/University area and close to several restaurants. The street is relatively quiet. The hotel manager is friendly and speaks German and English. The room was clean, average size and had a mini fridge. The Schlossgarten, a large city park, is three blocks away. The closest bus stop is two short blocks away and the train station 15 minutes walk through the historic district.
No elevator. We had to carry luggage up the stairs. The lobby opens about 2 pm and isn’t open many hours. One morning I needed to talk to an employee. He was using a phone translator from Hindi because he didn’t know German or English. There isn’t AC, but the fan felt good and I opened the window.
