Good people
The laundry was free to use, which is super nice, however, there was no detergents and had to buy a big new bottle from the nearest supermarkets. I'd have been happier if the east Apart had their dispenser for money, I would have paid gladly.
Also, the place does not have AC, during this heatwave, it was impossible to sleep. I come from outside of Europe where AC is not a luxury but rather a standard necessity. I didn't think a place could be hospitality business without an AC and just have a small baby fan, not even a real standart one.

It is conveniently located near a bus stop and a big grocery shop. It is also walkable from the main town if thats your thing. The staff isn't at reception at all hours, but they are very helpful and you can call them if you face any issues.
There are no windows in the apartments and you can't really leave the door open when you step out. But it wasn't too bad, I opened the balcony door as soon as I came back.

I love bookit so much that I always book their apartments whenever i am on my work in Erlangen. The apartments are neat and clean, no noise and secured.
I always enjoy staying with Bookit in Erlangen, and over my last two visits, I’ve noticed one thing missing compared to previous trips: the laundry detergent isn’t available these days. It can be a bit frustrating when I have a lot of clothes to wash at night, especially when the outlets are closed. If this issue could be addressed, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
