The clean room, comfortable bed, location, & specially, the Franc, the host.
The very slow shower drain & the water gets everywhere.

From the minute I got there it was brilliant, the owner saved me a parking space outside the front door and even reversed my car into it! The room was very clean and modern with very comfortable beds. In a prime position just 5/10 minutes walk to the square. Would certainly recommend
