Welcome to Roche Batard, a charming, 100-year-old house in the Charentais style, with a secluded 13 x 6 m swimming pool (electrically lockable with child safety features), over 5000 m² of garden, and fully equipped.
Fantastic views of the Gironde estuary and the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by vineyards. Private access to the water with its own small beach cove.
Lovingly furnished with French furniture, a large living room with an open fireplace, a cozy and fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, toilet, and bidet, and one with a shower, sink, and a separate toilet). Very quiet location, yet just minutes from the supermarket or the lively town of Royan.
