There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by, including a Distillery, Brew-house, Buccili's Pizzeria, and Walmart 10 minutes away. Firewood can be bought at the True North gas station .5 miles away!

In the Winter, this is a great location for snowmobiles and 4X4's. There are many trails located around Houghton Lake and the nearest trail head is close by. Also, this a great location for Ice Fishing.
