Designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, the home features five bedrooms, seven beds, multiple living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with ample dining space.



Guests can enjoy a private gated pool, outdoor dining with a grill, and a fully equipped game room with a pool table, arcade games, and a smart TV. Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities.

Pool Information:

The pool is not heated, and it is serviced every Friday. Enjoy full access to the hot tub in the backyard, available anytime during your stay.



Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance:

* The trash collection is every Wednesday morning. Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after collecting the trash.

* We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property.



Inside Fireplace:

The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and non-functional, designed exclusively for display and decoration.



Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have a Smart TV available, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!
