Bed linen and towels are provided for guests.

For longer stays, additional cleaning and towels can be arranged upon request and for an extra fee.

The apartment offers a convenient self check-in system powered by Nuki, allowing you to access both the building and the apartment independently, without the need for the Host to be present.



There is no need to download any app. Before your arrival, the Host will send you a personal access link, which will allow you to conveniently open the two main entrance doors of the building and then access the apartment.



Building Access

Use the Nuki link sent by the Host to open the two main entrance wood doors of the building.

Enter the main lobby and take the elevator located on the Right-hand side.

Go to the 3rd floor.

When you exit the elevator, follow the corridor to the left, all the way to the end.

You will find the entrance door to Domus Nova Rubino.



Apartment Access

Use the Nuki link sent by the Host to unlock the apartment door.

The system allows you to complete your check-in independently, easily and securely, without having to arrange a specific arrival time with the Host.

If needed, you will also be provided with a code to access the key collection box as an alternative method of entry.



Please note ZTL

Turin ZTL – Information for guests arriving by car

The Central ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) is active Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. During these hours, access to the historic city centre is restricted to authorised vehicles only. The ZTL is not active on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, except for some areas with specific restrictions. We recommend checking your route and road signs before driving to the apartment.
