The Space:

This property offers ample space across three distinct units, perfect for families and groups. The main house features Units 1 and 2, while the charming casita sits above the garage.



**Unit 1 (Ground Floor):** This apartment boasts three bedrooms and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a ground floor outdoor patio.

**Unit 2 (Second Floor):** Similar to Unit 1, this apartment offers the same layout with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room, but with the added benefit of a larger outdoor patio.

**Casita (Separate Building):** Located above the garage, the casita provides a private retreat with one bedroom and a unique tropical indoor/outdoor bathroom. Step out on the juliette balcony to watch the waves crash and the sun set.



Guests have access to a shared laundry area with a washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, which features a private, gated entrance. Inside the gate, there's space for up to three cars, and additional parking is available along the fence outside. Enjoy peace of mind in our safe and quiet neighborhood, with keyless entry for easy access. The Garage is not part of the rental, and the owner's personal items are kept there.



The Neighborhood:

You can walk on the beach for miles of uninterupted sand from Aguada to Rincon!

Located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, perfectly situated between downtown Rincon and downtown Aguada. Enjoy easy access to beautiful beaches, local attractions, and plenty of nearby restaurants, including Carbon Express right at the entrance to the neighborhood — a great spot for an affordable and delicious lunch or dinner.



Getting Around:

A rental car is strongly recommended. Uber is not available in the area, and taxis must usually be scheduled in advance and can be expensive. All major car rental companies are available at the airports, including Avis, Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, Charlie Car Rental, Target Rent A Car, and Sixt.



Other Things to Note:

Oceanside Oais has solar power in the event of an emergency. They solar is setup to power essential needs: fans, lights, and fridge.



The home is located directly on the water; however, the beachfront conditions can vary. The beach is not always sandy or wide enough for lounging, as the shoreline is very dynamic. Depending on ocean swells, sand may build up significantly in front of the house at times, or be swept away, changing the size and shape of the beach.
