- 2nd Floor Queen Bed with an en suite bathroom - Sleeps 2

- 2nd Floor Primary with a Queen bed and en suite bathroom - Sleeps 2

- Lower Level pull-out 'lovesac' couch, full sized - sleeps 2 children or 1 / 2 adults also with en suite bathroom
