Unit 97- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Views. | This beautiful two-bedroom two-bathroom Gulf view condo is located on the 9th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the unit make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The living room is equipped with leather furnishings and a 50" flat screen TV with Dtv streaming service. The master bedroom has a beautiful king-size bed with a 43" flat screen TV with Dtv streaming service. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds with a 43" flat screen TV with Dtv streaming service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is 6. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and a Mr. Coffeemaker. The condo is fully tiled tile throughout. The condo is equipped with its own washer and dryer for guest use. The balcony has screens with windows to close which allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. Hurricane strength windows were installed for this condo in 2025.

Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
