Two custom bunk suites, one with 4 queens sleeping 8 comfortably and the other with 4 twin beds. This setup gives the younger half of the group or families their own upscale dedicated zones.

Located in the private Laughing Pines community off Waldens Creek Road, where Wears Valley meets Bluff Mountain. You are just 4 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and Dollywood, and only minutes to the Smoky Mountain National Park entrance.

GETTING HERE
From Pigeon Forge traffic light #3, follow Wears Valley Rd for 2.6 miles, turn right onto Waldens Creek Rd, continue for 1.6 miles, and turn right onto Laughing Pines Lane.

The property is exactly 4 paved miles from the main Parkway. Best of all, the entire route features fully paved roads and no gravel. There is only one short incline right at the entrance.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Rest assured that the home is professionally prepared for your stay. Fresh linens are provided on every bed, the indoor pool and jacuzzi are also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival.

HOUSE NOTES
Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as sound carries easily in our peaceful mountain setting.

This property is strictly for family and friends. Events or parties exceeding the registered guest count are prohibited.

100% smoke free and vape free indoor or on the decks on property.

Primary renters must be 25 or older.

Please park in the paved driveway, no street parking allowed.

We cannot accommodate personal mail or package deliveries.

An EV charger is on site, usage fees applied.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is strictly at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, strictly subject to availability and cleaning schedules.

RENTER AGREEMENT WILL BE SENT IN A LINK AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR BOOKING.

With renter agreement, a required photo ID and a $600 security deposit will be taken. Please note this is NOT a charge on your card. It is only an authorization/hold, like a hotel does when you check-in. It will be released after checkout.
