Number of bedrooms & bathrooms, large living room, dining room, and kitchen. Loved all the outdoor spaces too. Excellent communication from host. Thoughtful welcome basket. Good number of basics like paper towels provided. Proximity to Pigeon Forge.
Hard to put items in freezer as door hit the wall. Windows in basement guest room didn’t lock and made guest uneasy about bears. Noise from upper floors could easily be heard because of wood floors.
