Situated in Pigeon Forge, this attractive cabin for $382 per night is a great choice for your next break. Looking for a cabin that is not in a crowded community? This cabin offers a great view and PRIVACY while being very close to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg! We have recently upgraded the deck handrails and fire pit as shown in the last several photos. Offering everything you could imagine in a mountain getaway, this cabin features 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 2 queen over queen bunk beds, with a queen pull-out sofa and full size futon can sleep 22. This property is completely free of carpet to minimize issue with allergies. We also will get visits from black bear in the area. I recently received a photo (that VRBO will not allow me to upload due to lower resolution) of a small black bear that was waiting on the steps when some guests arrived! The bears will normally scramble off when they see people, but please do not feed or try to pet the bears! There are awesome to look at, but they are wild animals. We are offering a 10% discount for a 7 day stay that is automatically calculated if you book 7 or more days! We have just added a hot tub that is on the deck just outside of the master bedroom. Additional pictures will also be added as we plan to include a fire pit for your enjoyment. There is plenty of parking for 4-6 vehicles. The main level of the property has a wrap around deck that covers 50-60 feet of each side and the front of the property. Both sides of the deck are covered allowing you to enjoy the outdoors even if it rains. The front of the deck is uncovered if you would like to just enjoy the sun. Two picnic tables are on the deck to enjoy a meal outside. We also have a propane grill and a charcoal grill for your convenience! The construction is made of authentic hand-hewn logs and rough sawn lumber providing a rustic feel with modern conveniences. The main level of the house only has two steps making entry a breeze! This level offers a wide open kitchen, dining and living room including a pool table! The entire area has vaulted ceilings, a huge stone fireplace with a cast iron insert (intended only for emergency use on loss of power), 50” HDTV and offers a great view. The kitchen has numerous upgrades and is equipped with: * ninja blender for smoothy lovers * Keurig and traditional coffee makers for coffee lovers * toaster * Kitchen Aid mixer * Mixing bowls * Cookie sheets * Pots and Pans * Dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and cutlery for 20 * microwave * dishwasher The main level of the house also includes a huge master bedroom with a king size bed and a sitting area with a full-size couch that has a pull-out queen bed. The master bath has a tiled walk-in shower and a new Jacuzzi tub. The lower level of the house also offers parking for several vehicles and requires no stairs to enter from outside! This level has two huge bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 queen beds and also has a table and 4 chairs. The other bedroom has it's own private bath and a set of two queen-over-queen bunk beds allowing 8 people to sleep comfortably in addition to a full size futon that could provide additional sleeping area. The room includes a 50” HDTV and PS3 game system. In between the two lower level bedrooms is a large game / movie room that is equipped with a 65” TV for watching movies. The game room also includes a Foosball table. There is also another full bathroom that has been recently renovated. Just outside, there are another two picnic tables if you would like to spend some quite time outside. We also have an outdoor fire pit that is surrounded by large rocks for seating; however, we leave the choice to buy / bring firewood up to each guest. When using the outdoor fire pit please check local burn bans with the local fire department as they change throughout the season. From the main level of the property, head up the stairs to an open loft that includes a day-bed that can serve as a couch or a bed and another pull out single bed under the day bed. The loft offers a full view of the open main-level living room and also great views outside! From the loft, there are two bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom offers another king bed along with a small sitting area and full size dresser. The other bedroom, offers a queen size bed and a small sitting area. There are also numerous free services such as Pluto / Peacock or you can login to HULU or Netflix if you subscribe to those services. This is a great cabin for multi-generation families. It has ample parking for 6 cars, and is easily accessible with good roads that aren't too steep. You are close to the attractions with a nice mountain view, but you don't have to fight traffic to get there. Please note, our cleaning crew will set out towels and plates for the number of guests that are registered for the stay up to a total of 22. We also do NOT supply all of the consumables for the stay; we supply the initial toilet paper, trash bags, but you may need to bring or purchase more. We are located in an uncrowded neighborhood on an acre of wooded land. It has the mountain view with a feeling of privacy and space. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: There are numerous attractions nearby. We are about 4 miles to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge that includes numerous attractions. The following is a few of the attractions, I would recommend a quick search of "Things to do in Pigeon Forge" because there is simply too much to list: * Dollywood theme park * Dollywood Splash Country (water park) * Titanic Museum * Wonder works * Pigeon Forge Outdoor Activities * Outdoor Gravity Park * Dinner Theaters (Hatfield & Miccoy, Magic, Music varietys) * Adventure raceway * 7D Darkride adventure * Coaster and Shop at Goats on the roof * Castle of Chaos * Bluff Mountain Adventures * Much more... We are between 2 to 8 miles to almost every attraction. The property is located 4 miles off the parkway and the roads to the parkway are easy to travel. In addition to the Dollywood Splash Country, you might also consider the Pigeon Forge Community Center that is about 3 miles away. Daily access in $8 or weekly for $30. It has the following: * 3 basketball courts ^ 1 racquet ball court ^ 1 Walley ball court * 10 lane bowling center * Aquatic Center - 25 yard, 6 lane pool, shallow water baby pool * Child care center * 2 Aerobics rooms * 1/10th mile walking track * Wellness center VRBO does not allow links to the websites, but you can do a quick search for attractions near Pigeon Forge and there is a great website that gives a lot of info. Property manager was amazing at replying. Close to the main strip. Beautiful view and clean.

This house was everything our family wished for and more! The lot is huge and you have literally no visible neighbors so it feels very private. The common spaces are spacious and there is enough seating options for the entire family. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. The main deck can be accessed by three different doors from the main level, the view is great! Every bedroom is very spacious and offers comfortable beds. The pool table in the main floor is great! The house has a great location, about 10 mins drive from main attractions, shopping and restaurants. I can’t recommend this house enough, if you book it you won’t regret it!

Great place to relax or run around town! Family has stayed here three times in the past 4 years. Enjoyed by everyone.

We enjoyed the space, there were plenty of gathering spaces for us. The pool table was used the most, but we also enjoyed the hot tub.
We always got a quick response from the property manager and appreciated his help.

This is our 2nd time staying in this cabin. Great location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Doug is always great to work with and his cabin is amazing.

We loved the cabin and was perfect for the sixteen of us. We have suggestions for kitchen and safety improvements. The kitchen didn’t have any dishcloths or towels. For safety purposes, the bathrooms need safety bars in the shower/tubs, bath mats in tubs/ showers and rugs to step out of showers/tubs. Also, need to spray for pest control.

The stay in the cabin was great. The door code did not work on the lower level, but that was not a problem. Being able to use the closet in the master bedroom would have helped us, but we got along okay. We may want to use your cabin again in the future. It served us well.

Our family loved this cabin during our trip to Pigeon Forge. We had plenty of space, played pool nearly every night, and enjoyed our evening in the hot tub. Also, our dog loved lounging on the deck watching the wild turkeys in the woods. We would definitely stay here again!

House worked great for what we needed it for. Our daughter’s wedding nearby. We had our family of 8, plus 3 bridesmaids and a few friends that traveled to the wedding. Plenty of space and rooms for everyone. Great location off the main Parkway and ended up being close to the grooms family too. Everything worked great.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our wedding week getaway. Doug communicated in a timely manner and was very understanding. I would definitely stay again. Only downfall was my two year old found a used chew can in the couch but other than that the cabin was very clean and well maintained.

Loved the places worked very well to accommodate my parent's and inlaws, my brother and his family, and my family. We did have a visit from a bear on night one, think he was just checking us out but we never saw him after that. Definitely bring more towels but the listing already said that. We had one issue (hot tub fuses was put in backwards) but the property owner responded within minutes and we got it fixed. Been coming to the area every 2 years for 35 years and this had to be my favorite stay.

We chose to stay here because it was able to accommodate my husband and I along with all our kids and grandkids. We had more than enough room for everyone to be able to spread out and not annoy each other too much. With the games, hot tub, grill and deck we had plenty of entertainment. We even had a bear visit and lizards running around. While the road is nearby and it’s a short distance to all things Pigeon Forge it is also connected to nature. We couldn’t have asked for more. The owner was quick to respond to all my questions and was extremely helpful. I would definitely book this again.

Beautiful. Doug was a super host. Only slight issue is that the cleaning crew showed up 20 mins early putting a real rush on last minute look around to see if we left anything behind. When we returned home, we did discovery two of the kitchen drawers had not been emptied.

Upon arrival we noticed there was no bedding for the sofa sleepers and not enough towels left for our group of 22, we made contact w/owner and the cleaning staff was to come and bring them. They arrived without announcing themselves. This was a problem because this group was several teenagers with their adult chaperones. Should never happen in todays world. Check out time on the contract said 11am, cleaning lady arrived at 950am and told them they needed to leave. Packing up for 22 people takes time and based on the contract was planned to be completed at 11am. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, crawling in the stove. No towels or dishrags are provided in the kitchen. Pool Table needs a light above, the large light in the family room doesn't give off enough light to the pool table area off to the side. After departure owner contacted us and was quite rude about the 10am departure even though the contract said 11am, kept saying the email said 10am. Which it does but the legal binding contract says 11am. In looking at previous reviews this was addressed with another renter about a year ago and apparently not updated. Overall the cabin and location is nice. Need an exterminator that can get rid of roaches completely, need to provide at least 1 dish towel and 1 dishrag and if you know there are 22 people staying have the towels, washcloths and bedding for that number of people without having to contact the owner to get it corrected. Also, update the contract.

My family enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was big enough for my family. My grandkids enjoyed seeing the turkeys every morning.

We drove from SC and met my niece, her daughter and boyfriend (from WV); had a great time; I was afraid the drive might be a little much but it wasn't at all; not over 5 - 7 minutes to Pigeon Forge/ Sevierville. Got to see a bear greet us within the first 2 hours; came down to see what all the noise was about I suppose; we knew not to leave food anywhere readily accessible, especially in the vehicles; we never saw him (Smokey) again the 6 days we were there. I would definitely go back when and if we visit the Smokies again.

We enjoyed the cabin and all the amenities.

This cabin was very easy to get to, not outside Pigeon Forge. The grocery stores and restaurants were very close…. But, most importantly it’s also super close to Great Smoky National Park!!!
Everyone in the family was comfortable, the beds were great, the home is super spacious and it looks exactly as advertised. Also, the owner was very responsive when I had questions.
We had no issues with the cleanliness of the cabin, everything was clean, well maintained and organized. We truly loved our stay here!

We had family and friends stay comfortably for our week's stay. We celebrated our daughter's graduation from UT, celebrated her engagement to her boyfriend, and had a gender reveal with our older daughter. We were able to cook and grill meals for 15+ with plenty of space to socialize and eat. The ACs worked well (unit upstairs and downstairs). They provided plenty of towels. The firepit area accommodated us to sit around and enjoy the evenings. Our dog really enjoyed chasing the ball down the front hill. It was nice to have a large, private outdoor space. Even parking was made easy with enough space for all of us. We hope to return again in the Fall! If you are looking for some things to do outside, we highly recommend the Red Jasper Beer Garden only a few minutes up the road...the waterfall is so beautiful. And also, Cade's Cove...it's worth the wait in the car if you want to take some memorable pictures!

We had a great family vacation. The house was beautiful clean and very roomy. The view was breathtaking. I highly suggest this rental. The owner was very nice and helpful with any questions. We cant wait to go back. Thanks for helping make our family vacation so special ❤

Our family of twelve rented this home for a week. The cabin was clean and there was plenty of sleeping room for four couples and four kids. It was located close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is not handicap accessible to the main floor.

The owners was easy to talk to always responded fast. Property was easy to find with the directions given, very clean. Loved the area.

This house was all we needed for our party of 15, Us, Kids, and grandkids. And was a great place. Although it would be nice if they added a few things that they don't have in the house. They only give you one towel/handtowel/washcloth per person which wouldn't be a problem but they don't have bathmats for the floor, my husband slipped but luckily caught himself before landing on the floor, after that we had to use one hand towel as a bathmat. It would be nice to have bathmats for each bathroom. Also we ate lots of meals in and there wasn't a paring knife, we had to use a steak knife for cutting, which made it very hard to cut veggies up. There were bugs in some of the rooms, we had a centipede crawling around in our bathroom and the downstairs room upon arrival had a lots of cobwebs and spiders crawling around. There are no dishcloths and dishtowels in the kitchen area. So we had to buy those. There were no plugs in the kitchen sink, which caused an issue. A plumber came and fixed the problem and gave us plugs for the sink, which happened very fast. Overall we had a blast and loved the house, it worked out perfectly for all of us. It would just be nice if they would add the above items. FYI, We did have a giant bear try to get into the garbage one night which gave us some excitement while we slept. We had tons of fun! Thank you for a great time and lots of memories made.

The house was perfect for our unique group of friends and family! The location was perfect! Private, yet close to whatever we wanted to do that day. Cannot wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was amazing and we had more than enough room for our family to enjoy ourselves.

Easy rental and no surprise hidden fees. We had 14 adults, 3 children and our pets. Plenty of space and parking. Enjoyed the pool table and the TV movie room downstairs. Close drive to sites, restaurants and attractions.
I saw the previous review about cockroaches, we only saw 1 our entire stay, so owners must be taking care of that situation. You can’t control what people bring into your home. Sadly, but at least they’re exterminating.
My whole family enjoyed the visit and all said would love to return.
There is a steep downstairs and upstairs that require consideration for elderly and small children. There is a door to shut off the downstairs.

There were cockroaches in all lower level bathrooms. I had young teenagers girls who were scared to sleep. We also saw them in the kitchen.
Very disappointed 🙁

My family and I enjoyed the cabin overall, there was sufficient room and space for the comfort of everyone, however, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the exterior and the grounds.
The view was magnificent, and the location was convenient.

We had a great time, went with the family and had an amazing experience. The property is in a really good location. It was clean, no one had a complain about it. Very spacious, we were 12 adults and 4 kids and we had a lot of space. The kids had a lot of fun with the games and the open space. The beds were very confortable, bathroom were clean. All my family agree that if we go back to Tennesse we would book again. Thank you

Beautiful cabin, room for everyone. Excellent location, easy access and less than 10 minutes to all the attractions. We are planning to go every year.

We had a great time in this home away from home! All of our adult children met up with us and the view was breath taking. We were close to many fun activities. Doug was quick to respond to all of my needs and questions. Would stay there again.

We went to this cabin with our extended family for four days at Christmas. Everything about it was perfect! We had 13 people and everybody had plenty of space and was very comfortable. We especially loved having the pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard tables. They were a big hit! We also loved sitting around the fire pit outside in the light snow and having the hot tub available (kids loved that one!). And to top it all off, there was a beautiful Christmas tree there during our stay. Absolutely magical! The roads leading to the cabin are easy to drive, so no worries about needing a four-wheel-drive here. Easy and quick to get to stores and local attractions. We did have one small hiccup, and when I contacted the owner, he was extremely helpful and kind. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Our family had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the fire pit and all it's amenities. The space is spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to cook all our meals during our weekend stay. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding. The house is super comfortable for big families!

Great location! Plenty of for 4 kids and 4 adults. Kids loved the bunk room and having their own bathroom.
5.0
This house is great for a group of up to 12’or 15. Only 4 bathrooms so I can’t imagine the “22” listed sharing them. Our group of 7 with our dog were very comfortable though and all had plenty of space to spread out. Very well stocked and easy to park and get to, even if you don’t have a truck or 4 wheel drive. We loved being close to everything. Communication was good and plenty of room to walk the dog without falling down a mountain. Room for improvement is just that it’s noisy between floors. We could hear every footstep above. Also master suite has no closet. Owners have locked it off, so no room to hang anything. We were unable to use the pool table because a ball was missing. Owner responded quickly to the message about it, but after 4 days it was still not corrected. I’m sure this was rectified after we left so future renters can enjoy it.

This is our second stay and checked out this am and already planning the third stay next year. Cabin is wonderful owner is also wonderful. The only complaints was one said one of the bathrooms downstairs could have been cleaner and the floors down there also need a good mopping. Overall it was clean and has numerous amenities great parking for large groups and plenty of beds. Location is great!!!

The cabin was great. It had an awesome view and very close to Wares Valley. We will be staying there again.

It is a nice place the owner is awesome. The only issues we had was there was no big frying pans and you can hear everything from the second and third floors but that wasn't a huge issue. The pool table was missing a ball and it was replaced with a cue ball. The one issue wasthe only tv with cable was the living room. I don't know if it was a cable issue or a tv issue.. we worked around it. The great things were the hot tub was a hit with the young adults, the fire pit was awesome at night . We loved the second fridge we put all our drinks in it. We loved that we could put all the young adults downstairs and they were happy to have a place to hang out with their cousins. Overall I would stay again.
