Designed with reclaimed wood, equestrian art, and a preserved 19th-century stone room, the home offers a saltwater pool, sauna, and pool table amid mature pines and open sky- with a high degree of privacy and discretion.

The space
The Lodge is a spacious 3-bedroom retreat (plus a basement sofa sleeper) set on a private, elevated estate overlooking a working horse academy — horses are visible from nearly every window. Inside, reclaimed wood, equestrian-inspired décor, and a preserved 19th-century stone room give the home real character, alongside bright, refined living spaces.

Guests enjoy full use of the home and its grounds: a saltwater pool, a dry sauna, a pool table and foosball, multiple living and dining areas, a workspace, and generous patios, a balcony, and gardens with wide valley views. There's plenty of room to gather or to find a quiet corner.

Please note the estate also includes a separate adjacent house (the Coach House), which is sometimes occupied by the owners or staff. It is entirely private and self-contained — guests have the pool, firepit, and all guest areas to themselves, and we simply ask that you not approach or contact the occupants of the other house. The two homes don't share any interior space, so your stay remains private and comfortable.

Guest access
Guests have full, private use of The Lodge and its outdoor areas — the saltwater pool, sauna, firepit, patios, balcony, deck, and surrounding lawns and gardens are all yours throughout your stay.

As this is a working estate, a few areas are private and off-limits:

- The Coach House- a separate adjacent home, sometimes occupied by the owners or staff. It's fully self-contained; please don't approach or contact its occupants. For anything you need, just message us and we'll respond promptly.

- The barns, paddocks, stables, and horse areas are active working spaces. Please enjoy the horses from a distance. To meet them up close, you can arrange a tour or riding time with Stonewood Equestrian ahead of your stay, a lovely add-on (contact details shared after booking).

- Equipment, storage, mechanical rooms, and any locked or marked-private areas.

You'll have your own private entrance and everything you need within The Lodge. If you're ever unsure whether an area is yours to use, just ask.

Other things to note
Please do not ask us to go above our 8 person occupancy. We will not make any exceptions to this rule.

Maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests at all times.

No visitors are permitted anywhere on the property. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund, and the appropriate authorities may be contacted.

No booking will be accepted without a legitimate reason for staying

Windows & doors: Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times. This is a rural farm property, and bugs come in quickly through any opening. Use the AC, furnace, and fans for temperature control.

Air conditioning: Please leave the main AC on its programmed schedule as much as possible — it's tuned to keep the home comfortable overnight, as the upstairs can run warmer. The Stone Room and the 3rd bedroom have their own separate AC units (they're in the older part of the house), operated as needed by remote. Please keep each remote in its room so it's always available for the next guest.
Firepit: You're welcome to use the firepit- please bring your own store-bought firewood. Do not gather, cut, or burn any wood or materials found on the property.

No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property.

The mini golf course is not a guest amenity and is not available for use.

Exterior security cameras provide 360° coverage of the grounds for security. There are no indoor cameras.

Please note: The separate, self-contained unit adjacent to the main home is occupied by the owner or staff. Your stay is entirely private, with no shared interior space.

Please note: The neighbouring horse academy (Stonewood Equestrian) is a separate business, not part of the property or included with your stay. Guests may not access it without the academy's authorization — though we're glad to help arrange a tour or riding time in advance.

Exterior security cameras provide 360° coverage around the house for security. One camera captures a distant view of the pool area as part of that perimeter coverage. There are no indoor cameras, and no cameras in any private or enclosed areas.

Noise-level monitoring: For neighbourhood and property protection, we use Airbnb-integrated, decibel-based noise sensors in some indoor areas. These measure sound levels only- they do not record audio or conversations- and simply help us ensure the no-party policy and quiet enjoyment of the home.
