Breezeblock Beach House

Experience serene coastal living in this bright and airy mid-century modern home, perfectly positioned just one block from direct ocean beach access. This classic beach bungalow blends relaxed comfort and thoughtful design, showcasing MCM architecture cues like breezeblock details and beautiful terrazzo floors, to create a space that feels both refined and effortlessly livable. A private yard with a screened lanai features a pool, outdoor shower, a dining area, lounge seating and offers an idyllic retreat - perfect after a day at the beach. The home features a primary bedroom with en suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Furnishings are tasteful and intentional, complementing the home’s architectural character with warmth and functionality.

This Must Be the Place. The ocean and “your” beach is a block away; swimming, surfing, sunrises and sea turtle nests. In the opposite direction, two blocks away, is the Indian River; amazing sunsets - each one different, all perfect. The neighborhood is a gem - a tranquil oasis where people take evening strolls and leisurely bike rides. Everything you need is nearby - coffee, food, wine, shops, an amazing market, a public park (with basketball, tennis/pickleball courts), an historic pier, a public golf course, and more. If you need more bustle than what the relaxed, quaint seaside town of Melbourne Beach offers, just down the road is Indialantic and right over the bridge is Melbourne. So close, yet so far away.

The Space Coast is renowned for its beautiful tropical beaches, surfing, fishing, and rocket launches!

The property is in a residential area; no events or gatherings allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am.

Guests are limited to 8; we do not allow more than 10 people on the property at anytime.

No pets allowed as owner has severe allergies.

No smoking or vaping on property.

Ring doorbell camera utilized for safety.

Renter's minimum age is 25.

The property is not child-proof. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.

* Our corner lot intersection is a designated "Santa Stop" on Christmas Eve. Leave a wrapped present with someone's name on it on the corner, and Santa will hand it to them when he arrives on a town fire engine. It's wonderful.
