This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, giving everyone plenty of space to relax while still feeling connected. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the serene setting that makes this property so special—far enough away to feel like an escape, yet close enough to nearby conveniences.

A True Lakefront Experience:
Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of Jackson Lake. The home features a private covered dock, ideal for enjoying long lake days.

Guests are welcome to tie up one boat or jet skis at the dock (overnight is allowed). Please note: there is no boat lift/slip available, so boats cannot be stored out of the water. Situated in a protected cove with approximately 5–6 feet of water depth, the setting is perfect for swimming, floating, and enjoying the water without heavy boat traffic.

Spend your days exploring the lake using the two provided kayaks, or relax in the sun on the Calobana water float a guest favorite for both kids and adults.

Whether you're starting your morning with coffee by the water or ending your evening with a sunset view, the dock area is truly the heart of the outdoor experience.

Inside the home, you will find a warm and inviting layout with two separate living areas—one on the main level and another downstairs—making it easy for groups to spread out and enjoy different activities.

All three bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, offering a restful night's sleep.
The downstairs living area includes a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle, perfect for kids or additional guests. This layout is ideal for families or groups who want both shared spaces and a little privacy.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is designed with both convenience and functionality in mind, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out on the lake or cooking a full dinner for your group.

Features a combination Keurig and drip coffee maker, so you can enjoy your coffee exactly how you like it each morning Starter coffee pods are provided to get you going. Stocked with all the essential cookware, utensils, and kitchen items needed to prepare a great meal. Includes a second refrigerator located downstairs, perfect for storing drinks, extra groceries, or keeping things easily accessible for guests enjoying the lower level. From morning coffee to evening meals, this space makes it easy to gather, cook, and enjoy time together.

Take your stay to the next level with access to the private hot tub, available by reservation only for a $250 fee. This fee ensures the hot tub is fully drained, cleaned, refilled with fresh water, and properly balanced before each guest’s arrival, providing a clean and high-quality experience every time.

While The Cove offers a calm, tucked-away feel, you’re still just minutes from local essentials: Reasor’s Landing Marina – only 5 minutes by boat or 10 minutes by car. Gas station & Dollar General – conveniently located just 1.5 miles away. There is an Ingles & Piggly Wiggly grocery store near 15-minutes away. Jackson Lake offers 3 Marinas. Reasor's Landing, Bear Creek Marina & Martin's Marina. There are 2 restaurants on Jackson Lake: Lakeview Diner & Fire & Ice. Factory Shoal Park is a state park that offers a public beach area. Jackson Lake Rental's offers boat and jet ski rentals.
