The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa. With its convenient location near local attractions you can experience all that Gaia has to offer.

The apartment has three bedroom: two with Queen Size Beds and one with Single Beds.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has one bathroom with shower and powder bathroom.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable Sofa and a Dining Table.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven, coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Parking
One parking space available. All other vehicles must park in the street.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Located in a charming and lively neighborhood located in the heart of Gaia, just a short walk from the Douro River. This neighborhood is perfect for travelers who want to experience the authentic local lifestyle while still being close to all the main attractions in the city.

The streets are lined with traditional Portuguese buildings, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops to explore. The neighborhood is known for its lively atmosphere, especially during the summer months when the streets are filled with people enjoying the warm weather and outdoor dining.

The best way to get to the apartment from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport would be to take a taxi or use a ride-sharing service, such as Uber or Bolt. The journey by car takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.
For greater comfort at your arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

Alternatively, you can take the metro from the airport to the center of Porto, and then transfer to the yellow line (D) towards Santo Ovídeo. Get off at the Jardim do Morro station, and from there it's a short walk to Rua da Bélgica 1407 in Gaia.

Another option is to take the airport shuttle bus (line 601) to Porto city center and then transfer to the metro or a taxi from there.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
