It also has an elegant wooden dining table to bring the whole family together.

Access to the balcony is conveniently through wide sliding glass doors from the living area, allowing natural light to flood the entire interior. This balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers a wonderful view of the sea on the horizon — the idyllic setting for breakfast or a relaxing drink at sunset.

Just a few minutes away, you will have kilometres of seafront walkways and cycle paths (on the famous beaches of Canidelo and Cabedelo) — the idyllic setting for invigorating morning walks or to admire the most beautiful sunsets in the region. The neighbourhood is also characterised by its proximity to the picturesque fishing village of Afurada, where the aroma of fresh charcoal-grilled fish and the genuine northern hospitality will make you feel right at home.

The area is served by public transport, with some bus lines connecting to the centre of Gaia and Porto. We recommend using a car or Uber/Bolt for more comfortable travel within the area.

By car, Porto city centre is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 30 to 35 minutes away by car.

You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
