The living room and kitchen share an open-plan layout designed for everyday living:

- Lounge area with a comfortable sofa, TV, and Bose speaker for your downtime.

- Fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove, oven with grill, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and washer/dryer.

- Workspace with desk, plenty of natural light, and a printer – ideal if you need a home office.

Suite

- Bedroom with a king-size bed and spacious wardrobe.

- Ensuite bathroom, bright and functional, with shower and street-facing window, fitted with blackout blinds for privacy.

Outdoor Space

- A private terrace overlooking the rooftops, with a dining (or work) area and a lounge corner. Perfect for taking a break or watching the sunset without leaving home.

Location

- Located on Rua da Imprensa Nacional – a quiet, residential street just minutes away on foot from cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and some of the city’s best museums. You can walk to Rato, Príncipe Real, or Jardim da Estrela, and have public transport nearby to explore Lisbon at your own pace.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Rua da Imprensa Nacional puts you in a quiet, residential pocket of Lisbon, right between the elegance of Príncipe Real and the charm of Jardim da Estrela. You can walk to leafy gardens, browse boutique shops, and discover some of the city’s best cafés and restaurants, all without leaving your neighborhood.

A 10-minute walk takes you to Rato metro station, giving you quick access to the rest of the city. You’re also close to cultural landmarks like the National Museums of Natural History and Ancient Art, as well as smaller galleries tucked away in nearby streets.

Daily life is easy here, with supermarkets, bakeries, and local markets just around the corner. And when you need a breath of fresh air, Jardim da Estrela and the Príncipe Real Garden are perfect for a morning walk, an afternoon picnic, or a sunset coffee.

The apartment is well-connected for exploring Lisbon without a car. Rato metro station is just a 10-minute walk away, offering quick access to downtown, the riverfront, and other neighborhoods. Several bus routes also pass nearby, making it easy to reach areas not served by the metro.

If you prefer to walk, you’re within 15–20 minutes of Príncipe Real, Jardim da Estrela, and Avenida da Liberdade. For day trips beyond the city, train stations like Cais do Sodré and Rossio are just a short metro ride away.

Taxis and ride-hailing services are also readily available in the area.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
