￫ The property is self-catered. Complimentary basic items are provided upon arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, and similar essentials. These are offered on a welcome basis only – replacements or refills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.

￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an additional fee. These requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in starts at 16:00. A late check-in fee of €25 applies for arrivals after 22:00.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ Guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. If a technician is required to open the door or repair damage to the key or lock, the guest will bear the associated costs. In case of key loss, a penalty fee will be applied.

￫ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ For stays of 28 days or more, utility bills exceeding €150/month will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Guest identification: Complete passport/ID information for all guests is required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a company, a tax identification number is also mandatory.

The swimming pool is a communal facility intended for leisure. Please respect the following rules:
A. Opening hours: 09:00 to 20:00
B. Only residents and their guests may use the pool
C. Maximum capacity: 15 people
D. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory
E. No eating, smoking, loud music, or games (balls, rackets, etc.) around the pool area
F. No diving or jumping into the pool
G. Children must be supervised by an adult
H. Pets are not allowed in the pool

￫ Gym rules:
The gym room is exclusively intended for physical fitness activities. Please follow the rules below:
A. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.
B. Access to the gym is free of charge
C. All users must maintain proper hygiene before, during, and after using the equipment. Failure to do so may result in a €50 penalty
D. The use of speakers or any device that plays music aloud is not permitted. Users must use headphones during workouts.
