￫ Building
This apartment is on the second floor of a building with no elevator. It is located on a very pleasant and tranquil living environment, but with easy access to all amenities and points of interest in the city.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and closet and another with a single bed (convertible into two) and wardrobe, so you will have plenty of space to store and organize. Both have air conditioning and desks so you can work comfortably.

￫ Living/Dining Room
You will find a cozy sofa and a Flat Screen TV so you can relax at the end of the day. There's a dining table for 4 to comfortably enjoy your meals. The air conditioning will allow you to climate the space to your liking!

￫ Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included).

￫ Balcony
A small but pleasant balcony, ideal to enjoy your morning coffee and our warm weather.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has one modern bathroom with shower.
Like many in this historic city, the building is old and presents some characteristic challenges, namely an outdated plumbing system. We recommend airing out the bathroom frequently to avoid typical odors.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Situated in a prime location, the neighborhood surrounding the apartment offers a captivating blend of charm and convenience. Just moments away from Avenida Almirante Reis, residents and visitors are immersed in a vibrant atmosphere bustling with life. Stroll through the streets and discover a plethora of shops, cafes, and restaurants offering a diverse array of culinary delights. The area is well-connected, allowing easy access to public transportation, making it a gateway to explore the wider city. With its rich cultural heritage and a lively ambiance, this neighborhood provides an enticing backdrop for an authentic Lisbon experience.

Anjos Metro Station: This station is located within walking distance (5 minutes) and is served by the green line (Linha Verde) of the Lisbon Metro. It provides easy access to various parts of the city, including the city center, tourist attractions, and other metro or train lines.

Buses: There are several bus stops in the vicinity of the apartment. These bus lines connect to different neighborhoods and areas in Lisbon, offering convenient transportation options for exploring the city. The closest bus stop is at Rua Penha da França, just a few steps away from the apartment.

Trains: The closest train station is Santa Apolónia (about 2km). From there, you can catch regional and suburban trains that connect to different areas in Lisbon and surrounding regions.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
