The accommodation has a small entrance hall, with stairs up to the first floor.
The entrance hall has a very handy under stairs cupboard. The hall leads into the main reception room with TV and dining area and wood burner. This then leads into a small lobby area with a toilet and a separate shower room. The kitchen leads from there with a rear access into a lean to conservatory and the large garden. The kitchen has essential items, fridge, kettle, toaster microwave, double electric cooker.
Moving upstairs, feeding off the landing area there are three bedrooms, super king master bedroom, with walk in clothes cupboard and a smart TV.
The second bedroom has a children's bunk bed for two children then the third bedroom with a single bed.
With this property, there is a large west facing garden to the side, this has a charcoal BBQ and seating, where you can enjoy the sun and the tranquil setting.
Watch the sun go down across the country side views, after a well-deserved supper and maybe a glass of wine.
The cottage is only a short walk from Castle Acre, around 20minutes. You can go across the ford, get your toes wet! See the rare breed cattle. You can pick up the Peddars way footpath which passes through Castle Acre to see the 12th Century Castle Rising. Castle Acre has a local convenience store, fish and chip restaurant, pub, and café.
Nearby attractions include Houghton Hall, Sandringham Estate and the local beaches, Brancaster, Holkham or Wells next to Sea to name just a few.
