The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, making this condo especially comfortable for families or couples traveling together. A twin-over-twin bunk area provides a fun sleeping space for kids, while the queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional accommodations. A second full bathroom adds extra convenience for larger groups.

Things to Note:
- PARKING & RESORT WRISTBANDS: Laketown Wharf requires a separate resort registration fee of $101.14 plus tax for parking passes and wristbands. This fee is not included in your reservation total and is paid directly to the resort upon arrival.
- A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty.
- To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities (1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of TP per bathroom, dish pod, laundry pod) for your first day only. Guests are responsible for purchasing extras for the remainder of their stay.
- A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind.
- Towels for beach outings are not supplied.
