A FAMILY FARMHOUSE WITH OVER SIX CENTURIES OF HISTORY

Its walls, roughly half a metre thick, hold the memory of many generations and the solid, serene, authentic character of old houses. Over the last forty years, Pere and Carme have cared for, restored and preserved the farmhouse, respecting its personality while adapting it to modern comforts. They live on the ground floor; upstairs is the apartment, independent, private and full of character. Their son Dani has opened this space to share the house where he grew up and a way of life deeply rooted in the Penedès.

A PRIVATE APARTMENT FOR FOUR PEOPLE

The 120 square metre apartment has independent access and sleeps up to four guests. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. It's comfortable for families, couples, friends or anyone wanting to combine rest and remote work in a natural setting.

The living room has a Kave Home sofa, wifi and a Samsung Full HD Smart TV. The peaceful atmosphere is perfect for working a few hours, reading, chatting or enjoying a film. The bathroom has a Roca bathtub, towels and a hairdryer. We also provide towels specifically for the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and Bosch dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, glasses, cutlery, BRA pans, pots, wok and utensils.

AMENITIES TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME

As courtesy products, we provide salt and pepper, sugar, kitchen paper and coffee capsules for the kitchen, along with dish soap and dishwasher tablets. We also include, for your comfort in the bathroom, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. And finally, laundry detergent and fabric softener.

COMFORT, SOLAR ENERGY AND NATURE

The property has Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning, central heating and an additional fan. The energy that powers the farmhouse comes from the property's own solar panels and is photovoltaic in origin. Wifi, air conditioning, a full kitchen and restful spaces let you enjoy the house all year round.

The entire apartment is private and exclusive to guests. The pool is the only shared area; Pere and Carme may use it, but fully respect the peace and privacy of guests. There is also private parking and independent access.

AMONG VINEYARDS, WOODLAND AND THE PENEDÈS

The estate is surrounded by vineyards, country lanes, small hills and a centuries-old forest. The Llitrà stream runs through the property, with pines, holm oaks and oaks growing around it. The nearby vineyards produce Vallformosa Gala cava; subject to availability, you'll find a welcome bottle on arrival.

Masia La Saleta is in Vilobí del Penedès, about five minutes from Vilafranca del Penedès and around 40 minutes by car from Barcelona. The location combines the quiet of the countryside with wineries, cava houses, vineyard routes, gastronomy, heritage, markets and city getaways.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The house is designed for families, couples, small responsible groups and professionals looking for peace and quiet. It is not suitable for parties, events or noisy gatherings. Maximum capacity is four people; loud music and guests not included in the booking are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and near the forest, and lighting fires anywhere on the property is not permitted.

Masia La Saleta is a genuine house, full of memory and personality, cared for by one family across generations. For a few days it can also be yours: a place to sleep deeply, share quality time and discover a special corner. Welcome.

The apartment also has a private 20 m² terrace with views over the Penedès and the vineyards, an ideal spot for breakfast, relaxing or taking in the scenery.
