The Space:
Parque Santiago III 223 - One Bed is a ground-floor apartment on this popular complex. The apartment is sought-after by families with young children, as it has a pretty terrace and garden with a gate that leads out to the complex and pool area. This makes it a very safe option for younger children. The terrace has double patio doors off the bedroom and lounge. There are 3 sun loungers with sun parasols and a side table for drinks. On one side of the terrace, there is a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining and on the other side, there is comfortable seating including a rattan sofa and 2 rattan armchairs with a small table.
The lounge consists of an L-shaped sofa bed, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table. There is a wall-mounted wooden shelf with a selection of books for guests to borrow and a wooden dining table and 4 chairs. Opposite the sofa bed, there is a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with English and international channels. A TV cabinet holds a DVD player. There is also a side table with a lamp, a ceiling fan, and a stand-up fan.
The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, and toaster.
The bedroom also has patio doors that lead out to the terrace. There are 2 single beds, bedside tables with bedside lights, a dressing table with mirror above and 2 occasional chairs. There are also fitted wardrobes, a mini-freezer with a tall stand-up fan on top.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin with a mirror above, and a WC. There is also a security safe.
Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. The owner of this apartment only accepts Friday to Friday bookings. The apartment now has wifi.
