This house offers 3-bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and one-half baths with modern amenities and charm. The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor with a private bathroom. The stylish Kitchen is newly renovated with quartz countertops. This House is a less than one 1 mile to Augusta National, within walking distance with safe sidewalks to walk on the entire route. Though only three minutes from Washington Road’s restaurants, grocery stores (including Publix, Kroger, and Lidl), and amenities, you will never know if from the quiet neighborhood. The loudest sound you will hear is the roar of the crowds from the Augusta National during Masters week - a sound audible from the front and back yard of the house.
After a long day at the course, come relax in the spacious living room or enjoy the beautiful Augusta spring weather with a refreshing drink on the front porch swing or the inviting screened-in side porch. Choose from several board games to play indoors or several outdoor yard games provided, including dart board, corn hole, and disk golf. At the end of the day, go to sleep peacefully in one of the three lovely bedrooms.
The house also offers a laundry room with washer and dryer, Three Large Screened TV with the Master Tournament Channel on ESPN streamed through Hulu, and Coffeemaker.

It was an adorable house that was clean and well appointed with new appliances. The kitchen and upstairs bath looked to be newly remodeled. We cooked in every night and even used the grill - and it all worked out beautifully. We stayed over the time of the Master's golf tournament so the price was not inexpensive, but reasonable considering. 1.8 mile walk to the course. The owner was quick to respond. We had a great time!
