Positioned in a quiet standalone setting, this cozy 34 m² detached cottage offers a comfortable, air-conditioned retreat designed to host up to four guests. The compact interior features a private double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the main living space, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for small families or couples.
The open-plan living area includes a comfortable seating nook and a television, flowing directly into a functional kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Glass doors open out onto a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the shared property grounds.
Guests enjoy access to a range of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared heated outdoor swimming pool open from April through October, a fitness equipment area, a table tennis table, and on-site parking. A paid sauna facility is also available for ultimate relaxation.
