Fabulous location just minutes to Siesta beach, Lido Beach, St. Armand's Circle, downtown Sarasota, and Sarasota Memorial Hospital. This home has been off the rental market for the past several years and is newly available. Take advantage of discounted rates on this adorable and comfortable property! The Arlington Park neighborhood is a charming, highly desirable area in Sarasota. The house is located on a quiet street with plenty of privacy. One bedroom has a new queen sized bed. The second bedroom has twin over full bunk beds and there is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The sunroom looks out onto the patio and backyard. Enjoy the comforts of this home while you explore all that Sarasota has to offer. Close to public tennis courts and pool (small fee). Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Fully fenced back yard.

We were in town for business, but our stay in Sarasota was wonderful and we appreciated the cleanliness, responsiveness and hospitality of our host. Everything was as pictured and even though Hurricane Milton arrived during the middle of our stay, our host took care of everything promptly and was in contact with us during the whole time. This home is centrally located and close to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Highly recommend!

The home is located in Arlington Park, a nice well maintained quiet neighborhood perfect for walking. From there it is a short drive to beautiful public beaches, downtown restaurants and the Ed Smith Stadium (spring training home of the Baltimore Orioles).
We travel with our e-bikes and put them to good use on the nearby Legacy trail. For pickle-ballers, there is a nice park along the way with several courts and multiple levels of play.
All in all a very nice place to visit and we hope to return in the future.
Two of our favorite stops were Yoders restaurant and the ice cream shop located in the Pinecraft neighborhood.

The property has an ideal location, near to all amenities and restaurants, just a short drive to the beaches, but situated within a quiet circle where the only noise is birdsong. The property is well presented and amply equipped (kitchen, bathroom), and has three good-size TV screens. It is above all a comfortable home and perfectly suited to easy vacation living. I felt at home the moment I walked through the front door.
