Built in 1874, this historic home embodies all the charm and character that make Mystic so special. The gorgeous wraparound porch offers a perfect spot to relax, connect, and enjoy the neighborhood’s peaceful atmosphere.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a large sectional sofa, ample seating, and a TV for cozy evenings in. The adjoining dining room features a large table—ideal for group meals and gatherings. A bright eat-in nook provides a comfortable space for working, playing games, or reading.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay. Please note that basement access will remain locked.
On the first floor, you’ll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, there’s a newly renovated full bathroom with a standing shower, a stylish half bath, and a washer and dryer for guest use. A dedicated workspace or makeup room is also located on this level for your convenience.
The home offers four bedrooms: two with king beds, one with a queen, and one with two twins—comfortably sleeping up to twelve guests.

Newly renovated third-floor bunk room was completed in June 2026. This spacious retreat features four twin beds, expanding the home's sleeping capacity to twelve guests and creating the perfect space for kids, teens, or extra guests.
