Discover the beauty of Welaka from this 3-bedroom house. Inside, guests find a gorgeous king bed, a nice queen bed, and two cozy twin beds, perfect for a restful night. Two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The house stays comfortable year-round with ceiling fans and a screened porch. Step inside and enjoy a tranquil atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and recharge. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. You will think you are in the mountains of North Carolina with this cozy waterfront home with a large screened porch. Bedrooms are all upstairs, but you have a dock for your boat to enjoy the St. Johns River, Salt Springs and Silver Glen Springs just a close boat ride away. Welaka is the Bass Fishing Capital of Florida. Owner would like winter guests for multiple months, and hopefully come back every year. Please call the owner for multiple monthly rates or any questions you may have.
