Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, and in close proximity to various local amenities such as water-front parks, downtown Bremerton shops, and the ferry terminal. Enjoy a relaxing stay at our cozy home-away-from-home!
This sun-soaked 2 bed, 1 bath duplex features an open concept layout with a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining/living room, and bedrooms. Recently renovated with updated furnishings, new paint, and new fixtures! Both bedrooms feature queen beds with bedside tables and lamps. Master bedroom seconds as a computer/work room. Kitchen features stainless steal appliances, including dishwasher, with various kitchen starters and amenities. Stacked washer and dryer in unit.
Home also features a large outdoor private patio area, complete with propane grill, patio couch and table, and outdoor dining area. Also available for use is an upper grassy yard area, and a fenced gravel parking spot upon request. Landscaping maintained by owners, and we will give ample notice if we need to access garage for landscaping purposes!
Our property has water views and is a short walk to Lillian A. And James Walker Park, which has beach access when the tide is low! We are also a short 6-minute drive to downtown Bremerton to indulge in local restaurants and attractions, or hop on the ferry for a scenic trip over to Seattle!
