The apartment features 2 cozy interior bedrooms that ensure a restful night's sleep. Both rooms come with double beds, and one of them includes an en-suite bathroom. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen area adjacent to a living room with a spacious dining table. It also features a Smart TV in the living room, perfect for enjoying your favorite movies and series.

The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. It includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, and a complete selection of cookware, utensils, and tableware. In addition, Teatro Real Apartment features two bathrooms with modern showers (one of them with a bidet). You will find shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, as well as towels. Within just a few minutes' walk, you will find the famous Plaza de Isabel II (home to the Royal Theatre), the iconic Gran Vía, and the renowned Puerta del Sol. The Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace are also just a short walk away. Nearby services:

GETTING AROUND All major attractions in the city center can be reached on foot. There are also several nearby metro stations and bus routes.

Opera Metro Station: Lines 2 and 5. You can easily reach all areas of the city.
Santo Domingo Metro Station: Line 2.
Callao Metro Station: Lines 3 and 5.
Bus lines 25, 39, 44, 75, 133, 146, 147, and 148 stop near the apartment.
How to get to the apartment:

From the Airport: You can reach the apartment by taxi, with a fixed fare of €33, or by metro. Take Line 8 from the airport, change at Nuevos Ministerios to Line 10, travel to Plaza de España station, and then walk approximately 10 minutes to the apartment.
From Atocha Station: Take Metro Line 1 to Sol station and change to Line 2 towards Santo Domingo. From there, it is only a 3-minute walk to the apartment.
From Chamartín Station: Take Line 1 to Sol station and walk approximately 9 minutes to the apartment.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking facilities. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information about environmental regulations and parking restrictions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-Baby cots are available for rent for €35 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host before your arrival.

-Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in. -Parties and similar events are not allowed at this property.

-A smartphone with an internet connection is required to access the apartment. -Guests are required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This agreement respects the original terms of the reservation and must specify the duration of the stay, confirming that the purpose of the rental is not the permanent occupation of the property as a primary residence. It must also include the guest’s permanent address, registered residence address, and the reason for the temporary rental. -Please note that if your arrival date is the same day the reservation is made, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.
