The cottage features a full kitchen for preparing everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a relaxing meal at home, along with a cozy living area featuring a queen sleeper sofa. The private bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the full bathroom offers a convenient tub-and-shower combination. With everything you need in one cozy coastal space, Cottage #29 makes it easy to settle in, relax, and enjoy your time at Tradewinds.

And when it's time for the beach, you won't have far to go. Tradewinds Cottage #29 is just a short stroll from the community's deeded beach access, where beautiful Gulf waters, soft sand, and a seashell-filled shoreline are waiting to be enjoyed. After a day at the beach, head back to Tradewinds and spend the afternoon by the seasonally heated bayfront community pool overlooking the waters of Palma Sola Bay. Travel Protection: We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel protection insurance to help protect against unforeseen cancellations or trip interruptions. No refunds will be issued once the applicable cancellation period has passed.

Payment Security: VERY IMPORTANT — WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. Please only submit payment through authorized Anna Maria Rental Properties payment methods.

Rental Agreement Required: The Primary Guest must execute and return a written or electronically signed copy of the Rental Agreement within seventy-two (72) hours of booking, or within any shorter period required prior to arrival.

Guest & Property Rules:
• Minimum age to rent is 25 years old
• 1 Pet allowed with pet fee paid, pet rental agreement signed, and prior management approval. Pet fee is not included in the price as we have to approve the pet first.
• No smoking Strict Policy
• No parties or large gatherings
• No spring break groups
* Parking is first come first served.
• No RVs, trailers, boats, or watercraft may be parked at the property pursuant to HOA rules

County Sound Ordinance: Guests must comply with all applicable local noise regulations. Noise disturbances are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, including noise that is plainly audible from within another occupied residence.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, tanning lotion, camera, radio/ipod, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, umbrellas, and fishing gear.

Rental Agreement & Booking Requirements: By submitting payment or completing a reservation, the Primary Guest acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Anna Maria Rental Properties Rental Agreement and all applicable Rental Terms and Conditions. The Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that all occupants, invitees, and visitors comply with the Rental Agreement and property rules and is financially responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, fines, penalties, or other charges resulting from their stay. The full Rental Agreement is made available for review prior to booking. Payment and completion of a reservation constitute electronic acceptance of the Rental Agreement. As an additional condition of the reservation, the Primary Guest must execute and return the Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking or prior to check-in, whichever occurs first. Failure to timely return the signed Rental Agreement may result in cancellation of the reservation, denial of check-in or occupancy, and other remedies permitted under the Rental Agreement and applicable law. Guests are encouraged to contact Anna Maria Rental Properties promptly with any questions, concerns, or issues before or during their stay so that reasonable efforts can be made to address them.
