The home is the bottom floor of a two-story beach house, with the owners occasionally staying upstairs. Inside, you’ll find a warm, comfortable living area, a bright coastal kitchen, and plenty of space for families or friends to settle in after a day in the sun. The layout includes three bedrooms: one bedroom with both a king and queen bed, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms plus a convenient powder room off the kitchen.

One of the best parts of this Atlantic Beach vacation rental is the location. Leave the car parked and walk to the sand, The Circle, local restaurants, beach bars, shops, and ice cream. Spend the morning at the ocean, come home for lunch, head back out for sunset, then stroll to dinner without worrying about parking or traffic. House Rules

To help protect the home and keep everything running smoothly, please follow these house rules during your stay:

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can address it quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome on request! But please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere in or around the property.

• No open flames, including candles.

• No charcoal grills are permitted. A propane grill is provided for guest use.

• Please clean the grill after use.

• Parking is available for up to two guest vehicles on the left side of the driveway. A third vehicle may be accommodated upon request.

• A starter kit with essential items is provided for your arrival.

• The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Trash & Recycling Information

Trash and recycling service is provided by GFL Environmental through the Town of Atlantic Beach.

Please note that pickup occurs early in the morning. To ensure collection, place all trash and recycling bins at the curb the night before pickup.

Important: Septic System Reminder

This home is on a septic system, so please be extra mindful of what goes down the toilet. Only 1-ply toilet paper may be flushed.

Please do not flush anything else, including feminine products, diapers, wipes of any kind (even those labeled `flushable` or `septic safe`), paper towels, towelettes, hair, dental floss, cotton products, food, toys, goldfish, or the tears of your enemies.

When in doubt, please throw it out.
