We want your stay to be seamless! Please take note of the following community and house rules:

PML Access Fee: The Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges a $50 per-vehicle access fee (good for the duration of your stay). This is paid directly to the HOA at the security gate.

Gate Security: As this is a secure community, we require the names of all drivers in your party to be submitted prior to arrival.

Occupancy & Pets: Max occupancy is strictly 12 guests. We maintain a pet-free and smoke-free environment to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful residential neighborhood; please respect our neighbors by avoiding loud parties or events.
