The Master bedroom has a brand new King size bed, flat screen smart TV, and dresser for your belongings. This bedroom has a private bath and walk in closet. The bathroom has been remodeled with a double sink vanity and a large walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 has a brand new queen bed, flat screen smart tv and dresser.

Bedroom 3 boasts 2 new twin beds, flat screen smart tv and dresser.

Bedroom 2 & 3 share a completely remodeled bathroom directly across the hall.

The remodeled kitchen has a large island with seating for 4. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Perfect for cooking and open to the living room.

The living room has comfortable new furniture and flat screen smart TV. It opens to a large wrap around balcony patio with seating.

It is turn key, brand new and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to a in unit private washer and drier. The building also has laundry rooms on each floor where you can do your laundry for free!

There is no shortage of ice! The hotel ice maker is available for your use and located down the hall.

Free parking is on the parking lot right outside your condo.

Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of a walk up building.

You have cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Towels, beach towels, extra linens, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities.

The unit has a coffee maker and Keurig.

Dogs/cats are welcome with a limit to 2. The resort is very dog friendly and has multiple dog stations.

This unit is centrally located and within walking distance to all Innisbrook has to offer! The Salamander Spa is directly across the street and .42 miles from the Market Salamander Grill & Bar. Packard’s Steakhouse is .60 miles away. Restaurants are open to all guests.

This condo serves as a wonderful home base while giving the ability to explore the local areas!

Honeymoon Island, Fred Howard park and Clearwater Beach are top rated beaches and just a short drive away. Downtown Palm harbor and Dunedin offer many shops and restaurants. The Pinellas Trail is only a short distance away!
