Escape to the gorgeous desert in La Quinta, CA and enjoy your own Juniper Dream desert oasis! The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on the golf course with a BBQ, and your own private pool and spa. Enjoy stunning views of the mountains and the community lake out of your back windows.

The home is located within Trilogy La Quinta, a 55+ community, registered guest must be 55+. The community has access to Tennis, Golf, Pickle Ball, 3 pools and spas (indoor and outdoor), BBQs, and the clubhouse which holds a restaurant, a cafe, and a gym.

Welcome to your own desert retreat- complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an unbelievable view. Gaze out the back sliders and see the mountains, one of the community lakes, and your own private pool and spa.

At least one person on the reservation must be 55+ but your guests under 55 may stay for anywhere up to 3 months. The guest who is 55+ will check in at the clubhouse to register.

The home has a 2 car garage, an outdoor couch to lounge on the side patio, and the TVs have Spectrum cable. Two of the bedrooms and the living room have a TV, and all have a ceiling fan. The living room has a beautiful fire place and large couches to seat all your guests comfortably.

Our full kitchen contains pots and pans, dishes, microwave, a Keurig coffee machine, oven, dish washer, and a French door refrigerator and freezer, with filtered water and an ice maker. The kitchen table seats 6, as well as the kitchen island which contains an eat-up bar with 3 chairs.

The master bedroom has a walk in closet and sliding glass doors that lead out to the side patio. A washer and dryer are provided in the home (please bring laundry supplies if you'll be doing laundry during your stay).

The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.

The home is located 10 minutes from Coachella, Desert Trip, and Stagecoach festivals. Old Town La Quinta, many restaurants, stores, parks, Fritz Burns park (additional tennis and Pickle Ball courts), and hiking trails are a short drive away. Palm Springs airport is about 40 minutes away.

The Trilogy community offers amazing amenities! Security patrols the community throughout the day, making it an extremely safe community. Guests may have access to the community facilities such as the pools, spas, a restaurant, a café, full service Coral Spa where you can book a massage or facial - specials ran monthly- check in with the spa to book, a gym, exercise classes, and events such as karaoke night/singers/trivia/etc for a fee of $60/per person (one time fee per stay). Access is obtained by visiting the clubhouse upon your check in.

Spa heating is included in your stay! If you’d like the pool heated, it is $100/day to heat.

Two small dogs are permitted for an additional $100/ per pet per stay.

There is a security camera by driveway and side yard; and ring doorbell at the front of the home for guest's safety.

RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE USING, ABUSING, OR MISUSING ANY PART OF THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE POOL AND SPA. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE POOL AND SPA UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF POOL OR SPA USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.
