>Second Bedroom ("Blue Room"): King bed, desk, and flat-screen TV.
>Third Bedroom: Bunk bed room featuring a trundle set (3 twin mattresses).
>Living Room: Bright sun-filled space with a sleeper sofa (Queen mattress), electric fireplace, and 70" Smart TV.
>Dining & Game Room: Open dining area featuring built-in banquet seating, a Smart TV, and a 3-in-1 pool, ping pong, and air hockey table.

You’ll have exclusive, private access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, laundry room, and game room. You also get private use of the fenced in backyard, pool, hot tub, covered patio, fire pit, and driveway parking.
You will enjoy seamless, contact-free check-in using a personalized keycode which will be provided prior to your arrival.
Additional House Rules:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
Noise – City ordinance for Delray Beach limits noise past 10pm.
Trash bin goes out Tuesday and Friday evening.
At the end of your stay please put all used towels and sheets in the Laundry Room.
Please return all accessories/remotes to their rightful places at the end of your stay, lock the door on the way out and return the house key to the lockbox.
To use hot tub - press heat button control panel by hot tub, it will run for 4 hours and then shut off.
Please set the AC to 80 upon departure
Empty fridge/throw out any food and run dishwasher prior to departure
