About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful Eagle Rock home, a spacious and comfortable Los Angeles retreat designed for families, extended stays, relocations, and anyone looking for the experience of living in a real LA neighborhood rather than staying in a hotel or apartment.
This fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers plenty of room to spread out, along with two dedicated office spaces, beautiful views, outdoor living areas, a chef’s kitchen, and a private hot tub.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
The home has four true bedrooms, each with its own bed:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with a spacious private en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Full bed
Bedroom 3: Full bed
Bedroom 4: Full bed
In addition to the four bedrooms, there are two dedicated office spaces, giving guests separate areas for remote work, homework, or simply a little extra privacy during a longer stay.
With three full bathrooms, mornings and everyday routines are easy even for a larger family. The bathrooms include a combination of bathtub and shower options, as well as a bidet.
Living & Working
The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen and living area. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with plenty of counter and storage space for guests settling in for an extended stay.
Throughout the house, you’ll find comfortable living spaces where everyone can have a little room of their own. This is a real family home rather than a small vacation rental, making it especially comfortable when you’re staying for several weeks or months.
The two separate offices are particularly helpful for families with adults working remotely, children doing schoolwork, or anyone who simply needs a quiet space away from the main living areas.
The home has central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, along with the everyday amenities you need to unpack and settle in rather than live out of a suitcase.
Outdoor Living & Hot Tub
One of our favorite things about the house is its indoor-outdoor California lifestyle.
Step outside to enjoy the private outdoor space, beautiful views, and hot tub, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. It’s a wonderful spot for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or simply enjoying Southern California weather.
Having your own outdoor space can make a huge difference during an extended stay, especially for families who want more than an apartment or hotel can offer.
Eagle Rock & Northeast Los Angeles
Eagle Rock is one of Northeast Los Angeles’ most loved residential neighborhoods, known for its relaxed community feel, independent restaurants and shops, beautiful homes, and convenient location.
You’ll be close to Highland Park, Pasadena, Glendale and Downtown Los Angeles, while still having a peaceful residential home to return to at the end of the day.
It’s an excellent home base for experiencing Los Angeles like a local rather than a tourist.
Perfect for Longer Stays
Our home is particularly well suited for guests who need furnished housing for 30 days or longer, including families relocating to Los Angeles, homeowners between homes, families completing renovations or repairs, professionals on temporary work assignments, extended family visits, and insurance or temporary housing placements.
We understand that a longer stay is very different from a weekend vacation. Having a full kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two offices, outdoor space, and room for everyone to spread out can make an enormous difference when you’re staying somewhere for several weeks or months.
Insurance & Temporary Housing
We welcome insurance and temporary housing placements and are happy to work with housing coordinators throughout the placement process.
If you are temporarily displaced from your home due to repairs, restoration work, fire, water damage, or another covered event, our goal is to make the transition as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
The house provides the privacy, space, and everyday conveniences of a single-family home, rather than requiring your family to spend weeks or months in an extended-stay hotel or apartment.
