Indoors:

This property offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large central island and 8 person dining room. The main family room is an open concept space, furnished with a large comfy couch and 85” screen TV to catch any of the latest games or movies. Plus a pool table and bar area for those looking to do something indoors on a rainy day. A second family room to enjoy some quiet reading or private conversations. Office space and high speed wireless internet throughout the house. Additional conveniences include, central AC and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The bedroom accommodations are as follows:

Outdoors:

The outdoor area is the perfect tropical oasis to enjoy the Florida weather. This private backyard offers many amenities for entertaining gatherings of all ages. There is a large pool [3-6ft], sun loungers, umbrellas, Tiki bar equipped with BBQ grill, bar area, and hightop table.

There is a living room area with an outdoor TV perfect for watching a show from the pool, outdoor movie nights, and karaoke. Along with a large outdoor dining area. A fun kids park with a slide, swings and a small wall climbing section. Even the dogs have their own private, shaded turf area to run around in that can be gated off from the rest of the backyard.

If this was not enough, this property also has a serene waterfront retreat perfect for any nature lover. This long deck has two seating areas where you can simply enjoy your morning coffee, fishing, mini golf and cozy up by the camp fire.

Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire house. There is keyless entry for easy access and check-in.

5 parking spots are available in front of the house. There is also plenty of uber, Lyft and taxi available in the area. The property is walking distance to a large plaza that has a grocery store, McDonalds, Dunkin' Donuts, sports bar, liquor store, nail salon and various restaurants.

Other things to note
Security: For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras, at the front door and overlooking the driveways. These devices do not record conversations and are in place to ensure guest safety and neighborhood peace.

Pool/Canal: Pool and canal access are at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Swimming is permitted only in the pool; swimming in the canal is strictly prohibited. Use caution near the canal and deck areas. By booking, you assume all related risks and liability.

Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool is not gated, and the canal barrier may be open. Never leave children unattended near the pool, canal, or play areas. By booking, guests assume all risks and liability for child-related injuries.

Smoking: There is strictly no-smoking inside the property. A $300 penalty will be charged for any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) inside the home.

Grill: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill. One tank of propane will be included with your stay. However guests are responsible for cleaning after use. An additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged if left unclean.

Noise Rules: According to the city of sunrise noise ordinance quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am. (no loud music, no excessively loud noises during this time).

Safety: For your safety, please wear footwear outdoors. The BBQ grill must be turned off after each use. All amenities are to be used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Supplies: We provide complimentary beginner supplies, toiletries, and paper goods. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional items.

This property has a lot of vegetation. minor natural debris such as leaves, pollen, and small branches is to be expected and is not considered a cleanliness issue.

This property features an outdoor pool. Minor debris such as leaves or insects may occasionally be present and is a normal occurrence with outdoor pools.
