This delightful 180² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The charming living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a cosy double bed, multiple storage spaces, and an ensuite bathroom. The other one bedrooms has a double bed and an ample wardrobe.

A shared service bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

Welcome to Santa Maria Maior, a charming neighbourhood nestled in the heart of historic Lisbon! It is home to some of Lisbon's most iconic landmarks, including the majestic São Jorge Castle, where history comes to life against a backdrop of panoramic city views. Lose yourself in the labyrinthine alleys, where hidden gems like cosy cafes, vibrant street art, and quaint boutiques await your discovery.

As you explore, be sure to visit the Lisbon Cathedral, a stunning masterpiece that showcases the city's architectural evolution. Indulge your taste buds in the local cuisine at traditional taverns, where you can savour delectable Portuguese dishes and perhaps a glass of fine wine. There is no free parking available at this property.

The nearest bus stop is Pç. Figueira is a 3-minute walk. A minute's walk will take you to Rossio subway station.

Humberto Delgado Airport: a 22-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
