Its magnificent neoclassical and Pombaline architecture characterises Baixa. Much of the neighbourhood was rebuilt in a grid pattern after the devastating earthquake of 1755, making it one of the first examples of earthquake-resistant urban planning. The buildings are adorned with beautiful facades, ornate balconies, and decorative tiles.

Baixa is a central hub for transportation in Lisbon, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. The neighbourhood is well-connected by trams, buses, and the Lisbon Metro.

Rua Augusta is the main pedestrian street that runs through Baixa. It is lined with shops, restaurants, and street performers. At the northern end of Rua Augusta, you'll find the impressive Arco da Rua Augusta, an arch that leads to Praça do Comércio.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station is Cais do Sodré, a 12-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport: a 25-minute drive

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
