In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and other practical equipment to help you in your day-to-day life.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated, showcasing a romantic and serene style. Providing a relaxing environment to recharge, it is equipped with an inviting double bed and a practical metal clothes rack (charriot) to store your belongings in an organised way.

Located on the picturesque Calçada de São Vicente, this accommodation places you in the heart of the most genuine and traditional Lisbon, exactly where the neighbourhoods of São Vicente, Graça and Alfama meet. The energy of this neighbourhood is absolutely magical and romantic: cobbled streets, breathtaking viewpoints, tiled façades and the nostalgic sound of Fado echoing as night falls. Staying here is living like a true "alfacinha". Just steps from your door, you will find the majestic Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, the imposing National Pantheon and, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, you can lose yourself exploring the iconic Feira da Ladra, the oldest and most famous street market in the city. And, of course, all of this accompanied by the regular passage of the mythical Tram 28 on your street!

The great advantage of this privileged location is that the stunning Historic Centre of Lisbon literally extends to your doorstep. On a short and scenic walk through the labyrinthine and colourful alleys of Alfama, you will quickly reach unmissable landmarks such as São Jorge Castle — which offers the best panoramic view over the city — and the historic Lisbon Cathedral. Heading down towards the river, you will be in no time at the imposing Praça do Comércio (Terreiro do Paço) and the elegant and cosmopolitan streets of Baixa and Chiado, full of award-winning restaurants, traditional shops and a vibrant cultural life.

In addition to being the perfect refuge in the historic heart of the capital, this address is an exceptional strategic base for exploring the wonders of the region. With proximity to Santa Apolónia Railway Station, planning fantastic day trips is incredibly convenient. On a short and picturesque train journey (about 40 minutes), you can travel to the fairy-tale setting of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage) and marvel at its magical palaces, or head along the Atlantic line to enjoy the sea breeze, sunshine and glamour of the coastal town of Cascais.

The area is very well served by public transport. The Line 28 tram stop, one of Lisbon's most iconic, is just a few metres away, connecting directly to Chiado, Estrela and Martim Moniz. There are also several bus stops nearby with connections to the whole city.

The nearest Metro station is Santa Apolónia (Blue Line), about 10 to 15 minutes on foot, with direct connections to the airport and Lisbon city centre.

Humberto Delgado Airport is approximately 20 to 25 minutes by car, taxi or Uber. By metro, the journey takes about 30 to 40 minutes with a change at Alameda station.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
